WANT TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE? NO PROBLEM – YOU HAVE UP TO 90 DAYS TO RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return postal/shipping charges and that these will only be refunded if the item is incorrect or proven faulty. If you wish to return your goods, please send to:

You can return all items via your local post office or your chosen courier.
RETURNING IS SIMPLE AND EASY:
- Please complete the returns section of your delivery note and enclose with your item.
- Please secure the product including its original packaging e.g. shoe box in an outer box, ensuring you have enclosed all of the relevant paperwork. Please be aware that all purchased goods including the original branded packaging/box need to be returned undamaged and in a sellable condition. Why not use the delivery box and packaging, in which the item arrived.
- Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method used.
These requests do not affect your legal right to cancel in any way but facilitate the processing of returns. Here is our full cancellation policy:
You can exercise your right to cancel by sending the item back to us within 90 days of receiving the delivery of the goods.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 3 working days after we receive the item back from you.
We will refund the full cost as per invoice, excluding additional shipping cost, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. There won’t be any fees as a result of the cancellation and refund from our side. No reason for cancellation is needed as long as the goods are unworn, the item is in the original packaging and returned within 90 days from the date of receipt of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
