Will I have to pay customs duties and import tax?
No – The price you pay includes all import duties and taxes. You will not have to pay any additional fees.

Even after Brexit?
Yes – even after the UK leaves the European Union, all duties and taxes will be included within the price.

How do I return unwanted items?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard and Visa Debit. We do not accept any other cards, nor do we accept cheques or cash.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please get in touch with us, giving your name and order number and stating that you would like to cancel your order. See our full cancellation policy here

Why has my card been declined?
The most common cause for card failure is a mis-type of your information. We recommend that you try placing your order again, ensuring that you enter your details correctly. Can I find out if you will be getting replacement stock on items?
