Please ensure the box is secured with parcel paper or plastic wrap with the returns paperwork enclosed. The box and item must be returned in an unused, unworn and sellable condition. Please note that we are unable to refund gift cards once they have been despatched.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn.
When trying on for fit, please use a carpeted area indoors.
Please complete the returns section of your delivery note and enclose with your item.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Postal charges will only be refunded if the item is proven to be faulty.
Items returned as faulty will require an inspection and be refunded if a fault is found, if no fault is found the product will be returned to you. Items returned to store will be inspected by store management who will inspect the product and determine if there is a manufacturing fault.
All decisions are at the discretion of store staff, should you wish to appeal a decision then you can do so by emailing [email protected]. Please note, whilst we do not require a box to return a faulty product we do still need proof of purchase.
RETURNING BY POST
Please note that postal charges must be paid for by the customer and will only be refunded if the item is incorrect or proven faulty. If you choose to return by post, please send to SOLETRADER Internet Returns, Unit C, Swallowdale Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7EA.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 5 working days after we receive the item back from you.
We will refund the full cost as per invoice, excluding additional shipping cost, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. There won’t be any fees as a result of the cancellation and refund from our side. No reason for cancellation is needed as long as the goods are unworn, the item is in the original packaging and returned within 90 days from the date of receipt of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
